I have tried this app again and again over the years, it will not work and there seems to be no way to get a Club Card physical or Digital. Total waste of time trying to get a Dia Club Card via the App or In Store. Thankfully there are other supermarkets. Edited

Can't even register, put all my details in and says to ring helpline. The text boxes also keep repeating letters that you have written. What's App helpdesk is no help either, basically telling me to fill in the form 🤦♀️

They removed the card I had associated for years with my account and it gives me an error when I try to add it again. Useless right now. I hope my physical card still works and I didn't loose the discounts, if not, probably I choose other place to do groceries from now on.

The app doesn't work when I use mobile data but works perfectly with wifi. But the problem is that Dia stors don't have wifi, so for me, this app is just useless because I can use it only at home with wifi
