This app is exactly what I was looking for, I'm a huge dork when it comes to tracking things and data gathering and this app has everything you need for tracking fermentation of all kinds. The premium price point is reasonable and I feel like I got my money's worth for the extra functionality it brings. The only issue I've had with the app is that it continues to notify me about fermentation even after I've marked them as "end fermentation" and they've moved into the Past Fermentation page.

Excellent. Very versatile. Thanks Sebastian. Fully worth the low annual subscription. My initial difficulty to access the menu that allows to add recipes is solved. I'm putting only 4 stars for pressuring you to add the online backup option as other users requested. Could you also add a "flavor mix" to the list of ingredient types ? It's okay. Not super intuitive, for some reason comes pre loaded with completed ferments, you should not be required to name the ferment, etc. It also gave me a notification that a completed ferment was getting old. It should remember my last ferment type selection or it should be configurable. I only do kombucha and it always defaults to beer. I liked it enough to get the paid version though. Edited

The only feature that works is setting an alarm for the fermentation cycle, i have that on my phone for free. Normally I would never purchase an app without using the free stuff first but the reviews seemed amazing so I went ahead. If this was for free i would uninstall immediately within 24 hours. I probably will anyway as it is useless to me.

The app takes away a lot of the hassle of having multiple ferments running at the same time. The app tells you exactly how far along each ferment is and notifies you if a ferment is done. The user interface is easy to use and clear. Furthermore, the main developer is kind and responsive. Thanks Sebastien!
