You can't even find your friends username, can you explain why dev?

Hi Tanbir! It could be that your friend has set themselves up in a different game language to yours. Users only see other users in the same game language, so UK English users don't see US English users, for example. To change the game language, go to Settings -> Language. (Note that the game language can be different from the app's text language.)
