The app is ok and it was easy to set my family up on it. I particularly liked the shared shopping list. However, after a few days everyone stopped ticking their chores off on the app even though we were doing them. We all felt that it was took too many clicks to actually mark the chore as done, it felt like an extra chore. Also you can't tick a chore off from the day before if you forget to mark as done on the day. Notifications would be really helpful too.

The shared calendar is a nice feature. Most useful parts for me are the chores tab and shared shopping list. For chores, I appreciate that I can choose which housemates to include and exclude. For each task it is possible to add subtasks and also notes. Cons: 1. ads pop up so often during my grocery shopping that it is really inconvenient to use the shopping list tab 2. The chores tab is currently not showing up. I wanted to report this bug but there's no button within the app for this action.

Well, the developers just ruined the app with the Nov 3rd update. My partner and I have been using Flatify for two years. Prior to this latest update, upcoming chores were sorted chronologically. I could scroll down the list and see all the chores we had to do tomorrow, scroll further and see what was upcoming the day after tomorrow, and so on. We have HUNDREDS of reoccurring chores listed on the app, and the devs just changed the list order to alphabetical, with no way to change it back.

Update: issue now fixed so changing rating back to 5 stars! Many great features but I've tried assigning tasks and it just keeps defaulting back to whoever was originally assigned to the task. I'm definitely pressing save/done but when I go back to the task list it reverts again. I've tried multiple tasks multiple times. If no solution found I will probably unsubscribe before my first payment as this is vital to us! Edited
