one of the reasons I loved UC was my experience with them in India and now the easy switch to them being available in KSA. They also had amazing Customer service that is now replaced by a useless AI that doesnt even show me the keyboard to type. I cant reach my professional and there is no help from that useless AI. Moving to a competitor now instead. this is the second time im experiencing this. so disappointing.

I requested a plumber through the app, but the plumber never showed up. However, the app marked the job as completed and charged me for a service that was never done. I contacted customer service for help, but they didn’t provide any assistance or refund. Very disappointed with the experience — poor service and lack of accountability.

Absolutely terrible experience with Yammak. I spent weeks trying to book my pre-purchased package as the app kept failing. When I finally booked, the service was cancelled four times, twice due to “internal issues” and twice because the professionals didn’t have the tools for a simple gel nail service. Shockingly unprofessional and a complete waste of time.

Horrible experience with their deep cleaning service. Not only did they arrive 6.5 hours late but they did an extremely poor job. Windows were left dirty, i had to remind them to clean specific parts, they dirtied my patio then said it wasn't included in the areas they needed to clean. Definitely not "deep cleaning" standards. Lastly, they did not have proper tools to conduct a deep cleaning.
