Trying to figure out how to cancel a subscription was a bit tiresome. However, the support team communicated in a timely matter and helped me fix the issue. The app itself is great and I could see kids enjoying it. Currently, my toddler is still uninterested in tablet games and that's ok. Maybe when they start liking games, I will re-subscribe. Edited

expensive, not work how much they surprise charge you!! and I have been charged multiple times every two weeks !! the app was fine at first it was fun but I got the first charge 29.99.. I thought wow ok.. then it charge another 39.99!!!!!!!! one month I was charged 29.99 + 29.99 + 39.99 + 39.99!!!!!! dont download this app!! its a scam it will take all your money !! I have reached out multiple times to cancel get a refund and they dont reply. it's extremely hard to cancel.

Tried for one day. They make it purposely difficult to exit the app ( bug?), and to cancel subscription. Sure they are decent little learning games but the up-selling is on overkill and annoying at best. I saw immediately that the letter tracing drills are incorrect for many letters... this is a very shiny looking app but quality falls far short of price. Edited

SCAM ALERT!!!!!!!! I found this through a targeted add on Instagram and it sounded fantastic. I originally thought, per the option given, that it was only going to be $10 to try it out. I was under the impression that I would be getting printable PDF files to help my toddler learn. Upon payment, it took me to download this app with 0 indication that apps would be involved. I was charged an additional $14 (without my consent) and the PDF files I was expecting were additional charges.

Not transparent about subscription fees. I signed up under the impression that it would be a monthly subscription for the app that was affordable for my family. Check my account today and notice a $39.99 fee from the app. I go into the app and look through the options for subscriptions and have no details on which one I picked, although I was sure I picked the cheapest option. I have contacted customer support through email and that's the only option for contact. Edited
