Huge huge scam!!! Do not even try it, I made an account on my phone, there is no way at all to log in the account on the app (tablet or phone.) They just force you to try to pay again. I went into the website to cancel the subscription imidiately, and what a coincidence that everything on the website works except the profile tab you need to open to cancel it. Email their support, if they don't respond in a timely matter, I'm reporting them to my bank and Google play.

I've paid for that apps lifetime subscription, yet I'm still being charged and not able to log in. Customer service has no phone number and seem to be automated messages because no one is actually reading the emails that I've sent because they are constantly asking for the same information that I've provided in the email. Very dissapointed in this app. I already emailed support,and nothing is being done according to you guys. You can't find it not even with the number ya gave. I reached out Edited

Paid for the 6month subscription, but no additional content opened up. when you try to use the new levels it redirects me to the subscribe page. click on subscribe and it tells me I already am but will not unlock the paid section. waste of money

My 2 year-old used it for a good month, but the app kept glitching and freezing. Imagine the melt downs and I tried to restart everytime we opened the app but the same problem. Hope they correct this. But he prefers more physical hands on learning and not to fond of the tablet in general anymore.

They charge subscription then there is another ad, forcing weekly or annual subscription, cannot access the growth plan. To the developer responding, I did not ask for it to be free, I paid a subscription and got very little access in return for my money.The app is great, but the fact remains I paid for access not limited access.
