This app is monetizing on people's pain! With the free tariff plan one can book a meeting no longer than for 2 weeks in advance, while with a paid tariff plan one can book for a longer time. This effectively leads to people on free tariff plans being unable to book anything. Thus these people are forced to fallback week after week to hours of free admittance which in a typical hospital there are 1-2 hours a week. Also app has no way to: take out your data, revoke consents, remove the profile.

The phone number in my app is correct,and I can log in successfully,but the doctor sees completely different phone#(in fact only first and last digits) which is not mine.Therefore they can't verify my acc! Additionally,when i came for vaccination in the beginning of the summer,I've signed the declaration with my new family doctor.When Icame to that very doctor now,I'm not in the system anymore. I've sent the support request through the help section from the app itself,but I didn't get any help.
