Can't access the app. I un installed and installed and nothing. I reached out to customer service, and they offered me free shipping on the book, which was nice, but I had already invested in the app. I did have to buy the book because, as bad as the app is, SOC is an amazing tool. SOC, please stop running charges if your app is still down. My card was charged in December for $30. SOC Send your customers a heads up when it's running again. Hold off from charges for a non-working app. TY Edited

I downloaded this and provided payment info for the free trial. It did not unlock the features. I cannot do ANYTHING with this app. When I click on the individual features, it shows subscription options. When I tap on an option, it tells me I am already subscribed but yet I still cannot access the features. There is no way to leave that screen to view account information to cancel the free trial. Totally useless app.

The application guide doesn't work. I only see a list of oils but not the application icons. I emailed their customer service and got a quick reply which was nice. They said they are working on it. But the app is still not working after weeks. Not worth it for a subscription of $5 bucks a month. I'll just get the books.

I purchased the subscription for a year, but cannot view any of the protocols after my free 7day trial period ended. I deleted & reinstalled the app, but that didn't help. I get an error message when I click the subscribe button because I already purchased it. This app is trash! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, EFFORT, OR MONEY ON THIS!!!

I have installed and purchase subscription for 1 year. After the 7 days trial meaning today, the app hasn't worked anymore. It kept closing. I have unistalled and installed again and now it's locked. I get error as I have the subscription active. The Restore Purchases button in settings is not doing anything. Basically I can't use it as I have paid for it :(
