I subscribed for the 6 months 99¢ promo for the digital access. However when I clock on certain stories it takes me to the internet and tells me I am out of free stories and can subscribe for $1 for 6 months. Also when I try to look up my subscription through herald mail since I told them I'm already a subscriber; it tells me my subscription can not be found. Please help. I've never had this problem before the app updated.

I deleted the app. I am a long time HM subscriber. In fact my yearly subscription was auto- paid this week. I keep logging into this app, it says "Welcome Beverly" - then it blocks every article and asks me to subscribe or sign in again. This has been an issue for a few months and several folks reported it. I did not pay to only read 10 "free" articles a month. Don't waste your time downloading. Most frustrating app ever. I wish Herald-Mail could create their own app that actually works. Edited

The update makes this app 1000% better! No more hoping and praying that there would not be an error in opening the e-edition. It is easier to go to different sections of the paper. The only thing I can't figure out is how to find the comics and horoscope. That's why I took off one star. Edited

Well I absolutely love the Harold Mail Paper, but I can never seem to get one. I've lived up here for 9 yr. I just can't seem to get it before someone else does. I love the hominess of the paper. People of the city writing in to paper, and writing about their lives and about the towns people who started businesses families here many years ago and how those businesses employ the people of Hagerstown today. There are plenty of things in Hagerstown you just have to look for the good.

Difficult to find things and I have to log in every time I use the app. The previous app worked better, looked better and was all around easier to use.
