Love it so far! Honestly I've just been playing the series a little over the past 2 weeks and I can't put it down. If you buy this as a standalone, I thoroughly encourage you to start things out in the mage school that's connected to the starter island by a bridge, there's a ton of equipment they'll give you that's sort of OP. Resist Magic is key for this expansion. I had a beefy ranger who mastered ice & fire, as well as Thor's Hammer and I'll say my character was getting beat to ribbons until I realized that. Well worth the purchase, although I'd definitely recommend you to buy the base game at least to dig in and get into the groove of things. Edited
