With HOLIV/HOLV and especially HOLIV other expansion pack purchases are almost obsoleted simply due to a 9800 enchant capable amulet at the start of HOLV for free plus a 9000 enchant capable sword later and 5400 enchant capable belt easily obtained. HOLIV allows enchanting to 9000 for 24k of gold. Edited

Another goodie these games are awesome with a great grid turn base story driven rpg, they don't make games like these anymore, so get them while you can!
