It is very confusing. When it changes the app listings on your phone it is frustrating because you have to go back and go through your apps and remember which ones were clustered together. Maybe I just don't like change, but it's not the friendliest application. Also I'm trying to figure out how to cancel my subscription I noticed the two payments came out and I uninstalled the app probably a couple weeks ago and I read something that you have to cancel with in the app. I can't find it!!!

ViewCaller app was working well (Thank you!) but couldn't shift my payment plan to the annual subscription. I've emailed the developer but haven't a response. The weekly rate is annoying & expensive. UPDATE: After three attempts to contact the developer I continue to be charged an ongoing WEEKLY rate. 2nd UPDATE: I've uninstalled/reinstalled, selected annual rate option but the problem continues without further developer assistance. I'm frustrated, of course. Too much time & money. Unsubscribed. Edited

Unable to delete unwanted call numbers, unable to have personal message, every text message requires being canceled individually. Not any information to any of the problems that I've already faced. No way to contact the company for any help...paid $30 for the year. I would like to have a refund. Edited

I checked 3 numbers. zero success. tried to uninstall, but I get informed that the subscription will not be canceled! No information on where to cancel the subscription! so, I consider it a scam and I am furious for making me waste time! Forced subscription to try, useless and no way to prevent from being charged!

Says it will identify caller. All it does is show you the number that called you with no information. App is a Scam! You have asked me to alter my review. Here it is : RETURN MY PAYMENT! Edited
