EDIT: It was fun for a little while. However, this game is perfect for people who like word games but have a limited vocabulary. the levels present no challenge, there have been a few repeat words and, at some point, this bloom rush thing started up where I complete a word, get a bloom, then it starts throwing letters in everywhere, basically solving the puzzles for me. boring. moving on. Pretty fun. Would be better if it would actually recognize more valid words. Ads are very annoying, and while I understand the necessity of them in a free to player game, but the price to go ad free (for a crossword game) is extreme. I also REALLY dislike the new placement of the shuffle button, being in the letter area. It's distracting.

Ad banner causes lag. Not only do you have to sit through ads but there's a constant banner at the bottom of the screen and it causes so much lag! So many games are shoving ads down your throat this way and it's annoying because it messes with game play. So this is another game that I normally would love but will be uninstalling due to this feature

This is a wonderful game, fun and challenging. Update: This was a wonderful game, until it wasn't. I had completed level 742, on July 10, 2025. When I came back to play it again that same night, it froze up, and wouldn't let me advance to the next level. So foolishly, I uninstalled it and then reinstalled it thinking that maybe the app would correct itself. It didn't, and l had to start from level one again. I am so angry, because I am not going to restart all over again. I'll just uninstall it. Edited

I actually liked the app BUT even if you turn off the music & sounds in settings the pop-up ads still blare out. I was in bed sneaking in a few rounds while my husband slept next to me. I figured that since I turned off all the game sounds that it would be fine. Then a male voice screamed out, scaring my husband half to death! The pop-up is about an inch sized square on the bottom right of the game screen with a microscopic x to turn it off & there's too many pop-ups. I'm done!
