Actually not a bad little app. The forums actually are useful. I was able to see that it wasn't just me having trouble installing the latest OTA update for the OP 12 USA. Its been solved now but I was able to fire up this app and find out in a few seconds I was far from the only one. Saving me a system reset (problem fixed itself). Easy to give feedback, see latest SW version releases etc.

OOS 13 has ruined my experience with my 8T+. I didn't ask for it and I absolutely hate it. It undid nearly everything I had done to tailor my phone to be just the way I wanted it, and it removed features that were vitally important to me. Now I have to back up all my files and take a few hours out of my Saturday to roll back the update since the T-Mobile (KB2007) device doesn't allow local updates. This is the second forced update that has been terrible. I will never buy another OnePlus phone. Edited

I'm having login issues with the app every few months. After awhile, I managed to login by switching off private DNS on my phone but then the issue came back weeks later again won't let me login again. The app is updated to the latest. This is very infuriating.

You can do better... it's such an awesome and cool concept and I'm happy to be apart of it but the lack of features , pages, feedback and outreach is kinda lame. still always rooting for you though OnePluszz. Edited

Don't know what's wrong with oneplus phones...It feels very intentional..I have one plus 9 pro model...In last one year I have received around 4 or 5 system upgrade in the name of security patch and it's auto pushed..they just force the update on your device.. after every update my battery drains like anything..100 to 0 in 3 hrs.. ultimate low standards of oneplus team..how low can you go now the community is watching.
