Trash app, cannot verify account due to horrible face scan technology. Tried for 10 minutes, looking at that bright white screen and couldn't get in. Edit: Tried again, still couldn't get in. There's not much advice to follow, it's pretty straightforward and I am doing it correctly. There was only one time it told me to turn my head and get it perfect, but even then it didn't work in the end. Edited

Do NOT use this app they effectively scalp you. First, they only let you transfer 0.002 BTC or more to an external wallet. So if you spend under $200, you're S.O.L. Secondly, they take 0.0005 BTC as a "transaction" fee. I hardly count a $45 fee and ~$15 in transaction fees out of $200 spent as the price of using the service. They want to take advantage of you. There was no warning of the $200 withdrawal minimum before buying the first $100 of Btc. Edited

Worst experience ever. They have much issues with withdrawing and transferring to other sites. Customer service is poor with very slow response times. Definitely recommend using a different platform unless this is your last option. They won't even let me withdraw back to my own debit card at the moment. Had to update since my last review. Very scam app. They take your money and won't let you transfer it anywhere else. They won't even let you transfer it back to your bank to go elsewhere. Scam. Edited

The app by design works well and is easy to navigate. Customer support takes to get ahold of due to time difference. And even though they have offices in the USA- the purchases are run through London which then charges me another fee for foreign currency exchange. Fees are more expensive than other trading sites but there is almost no delay from purchase to being able to move to my blockchain wallet.
