I've been using this splitter for a while now. The device works. The original software works but the new version is useless. I can't do anything with it. Most of the time, it tells me that the device is not connected. If I remember correctly, the original version even allows me to set different amp for each outlet. This new one shows a fancy graphics but it is just dumb.

In general the device that this application supports is quite interesting. Getting the hardware installed is easy, but the app appears to be buggy. I am unable to select a utility or a electrical rate, but would be happy simply putting in only a rate but neither selection works. Secondarily I am unsure if the problem lies with NeoCharge, or the company they partner with for reading vehicle status, but that linking process fails to authenticate. I look forward to future improvements.

I was previously using a mix of TeslaFi and NeoCharge to track my EV charging, but with the recent improvements to the NeoCharge app, including SRP rate plan support, I'm now using NeoCharge exclusively for this info. Please keep the improvements coming to this great product! Edited

Works really well for managing a plug shared between a dryer and ev. Support is really responsive and has helped with any issues I've come across.

App keeps crashing, won't open. Tried to uninstall and reinstall. No luck. Also doesn't follow schedule setup and woken up to cars with no charge on them. Love the idea but app has a lot of bugs and the unit overrides percentage of charge setup and automatically drops it 50% max charge.
