I'm new to racing and I'm using this to improve my autocross times. instead of just guessing about why one lap was faster than another I have all sorts of data about the exact lines I took, the amount of g force, the exact speeds, where I braked, etc. I'm really surprised how much I can get with the basic app. once I get a handle on everything the free version helps with I'll most likely upgrade not because the basic version is lacking, but because the paid version must have so much more!

Used to be great. Something changed in the past few years and the app will crash after logging for a minute at the most. Now just crushes before I even try to open it. Seems to be related to having Bluetooth GPS enabled in the settings. Crashes don't seem to happen on my spare iPhone, only on my Android. Issue happens on multiple Android phones I own so it's not one specific phone. Sucks because I bought a hazeGPS solely to use on track addict and it's android only.

This app looks better, is easier to use and better organized than Harry's lap timer. It's definitely the best free timer that I've tried. Your first time using that app it may not be obvious how the user interface works. It reminds me a bit of an iOS app in that way. Once you change a setting, you are already done and can just hit the back button on your phone. Edited

Does a super job capturing track times, video, data, obd, GPS, etc. Keeps improving so I am committed to sticking with it. Also works great when post processing videos on a pc. For improvements I'd say keep working on analysis options that are compatible with other tools and standards and please put some effort into basic clipping and uploading to YouTube from the phone.

I have been using this app off & on ever since getting the MPVI2. After a past update I had instances where the drag race option would continue to count up even after I passed the selected distance (1/8, 1/4 miles, etc..). It may have been resolved by now. I have a few suggestions that I think would be a nice addition. I think a nice gauge display option with up to 4 to 6 gauges per page would be awesome to have. Also making it easier to scan & clear codes from the main screen would be a nice.
