I was really enjoying this app, even with the occasional glitch. but as of 7/19/25, the latest update changed everything. now it's no longer self paced and rushes through the pages in 15 seconds. this new update has been the worst and made this app unusable for the time being until they fix it properly. for today, I'm going to have to give them 1 star until they fix what they broke.

so far I'm enjoying the training...it good to have it in bite sized pieces...update .. I was unaware that there was a recurring charge and without any notice I was charged. Definitely not worth the additional money for what it is .. they are unwilling to refund too...even though I cancelled before charge went through. Shady!!! Edited

I purchased a 1 month introductory subscription 2 days ago and noticed I was charged an extra $49.99. That charge was for a "Personal AI Mentor" that I didn't subscribe to or approve. I contacted the company about the mistake but they refuse to refund my money. They said that due to their Refund Policy they can't refund me but I'm still well within the introductory period. If you're considering using Finelo know that you WILL NOT get any money back if you don't like the program.

I am about 40 courses in and although it is very informative and easy to follow, there are quite a few mistakes in the lesson plan. I have noticed that several times what is being described is not what is shown on the screen. Also some of the questions have the wrong answer. I took screenshots of some of the mistakes but this app does not support images.

Finelo is a scammer. I didn't enroll in auto renewal, I enrolled on February 19, 2025, and I called to cancel my subscription on February 20, 2025. they still went ahead and debited my account today for $79. I sent them an email and replied that they cannot reverse the payment. DO NOT BUY if you don't want to be forced into subscription. I just got a PayPal notification that $39.99 has been refunded instead of full refund. unethical business practice Edited
