There are a number of filters, but none to sort by building material or land size. Also the realtor descriptions are a bit off sometimes. I found one that was listed as independent house and when I asked I was told it was a shed. Another was listed as a rural farm but was the top floor of a large building near the center.

Along with their partner app, Idealista.it, Casa.it is a decent app for house hunting in Italy. However, foreign buyers need to be familiar with the various types of homes and purchase options (those listed as "asta" are judicial forecloser auctions) to be able to whittle down the large number of results. Keep in mind that the properties are listed in square meters, not square feet! A square meter is 10.76 square feet. Edited

The app is stable, although it is missing a few important features. But there is a bug too: when a notification with a new house appears, clicking on it opens just the app, not the announcement. Thank you if it can be solved

Good for viewing all types of properties in the while if Italy...my only critique is that I should be able to include new construction in with all my search criteria, it shouldn't be completely separate.

Thank you for your feedback. It is actually already like you wish: if you search in Case, it includes all new constructions as well, while the New Constructions section is a filtered view of only new buildings or completely renovated apartments. Happy searching!
