Konami gives out gems in this game like they just read Das Kapital. Whatever deck you want to build you'll absolutely be able to, and if you can grind ranked it gets even better. It's easy to craft the exact cards you want and there's plenty of solo mode content to keep you playing (which also gives gems). The downside though is that it's not very beginner friendly and its tutorials don't quite cover the learning curve for newbies, only the basic mechanics. For me though it's awesome!

One of the best Yu-Gi-Oh apps (and experiences) ever designed. The animations and overall fluidity is better on mobile than even Desktop; however, it pulls a lot of battery and runs hot. The game should not be so graphics intensive and should probably be capped at 60fps instead of defaulting to the screen's refresh rate. Also, why no Mac version?? Edited

So far, I haven't had issues disconnecting from the game. However, like the multitude of reviews already, no one likes to wait an eternity to play their first hand when chosen to go second. Good game to pass the time, but the ranked duels need some changes to speed up the turns. Also, I'm not sure when they started printing essays on cards with so many effects to try and keep track of, but not a fan.

i enjoy the game when playing against someone who tries to build a deck, and have it back and forth. once my opponent is 4-5 card effects into their very first main phase turn, with really no end in sight. I back out. You'll find yourself waiting for the other player to make a decision more often (during your turn). if they use spam/cheese cards. there needs to be a limit or something. Yu-Gi-Oh is awesome, people ruined it. Edited

The GAME itself is great. No bugs, no crashes, the reward system is lacking a bit, but it's not the worst by any means. The issue is getting paired with players who use the same broken decks over and over. Spend 3 minutes watching them make one turn, and by the end of their main phase 1, they've summoned an ungodly amount of OP cards with every effect possible. So now you summon one card, they NOPE it away, and destroy you with one battle phase. Edited
