Very good UI and features! except... the actual captioning isn't very accurate, especially for what I need captions for- teacher instructions in class above background noise also, the option to save transcripts isn't appearing in my settings, and the bot and customer service wa subpar when I asked for help- they just sent me the same list of instructions that did not work for me, because the option itself didn't appear :///

This app doesn't have pricing nor options to subscribe. After the 20 min sample, this app becomes worthless. **Update** After doing separate research on the web. This app starts at 15$ USD a month for 120 minutes. It's a shame people with disabilities have to pay such a high price for accessibility. Google transcribe isn't as good, but it's free and works well. Edited

I would call myself Tech savvy. Despite finding all the right buttons to help identify speakers, it wouldn't actually change the settings or suggest a premium option to use that feature. And the accuracy was horrible. If I can't figure this app out, there is no way my hard of hearing grandmother would be able to. I'm shocked at the good reviews. Maybe it wasn't compatible with my samsung.

very disappointed. I tried it out at a worship service, to see how it transcribed the pastor's message. It effectively failed: many, many mistakes, and frequently it simply stopped transcribing. I plan to delete it. And while I can hear w/out serious challenge, I also plan to advise someone who IS essentially deaf to find another voice to text app.

Someone has got to create negative stars dor these rating systems. Stay away from this horrendous app... Unless you want to spend several minutes dictating important ideas only to find nothing when you go to look at the transcript. So you head to the Help section, right? And you come across the Help Asub-i, {nothing intelligent here}, and find a standard self-help system. So, no help at all self-help. It does instruct you to activate the autosave option in settings. There isn't one. 🤦
