Currently doing a trial for my company. So far the tracking seems more accurate than Motus, but this app is missing some basic features. • Needs a dark mode asap. Motus has this. • Needs a way to manually adjust the threshold for how long it waits to stop tracking when not moving. Motus has this. • Needs to show current distance of trip being actively tracked. Motus has this.

this app never works. constantly being logged out. missed trips, have had to change my password one million times. You have to give it access to EVERYTHING. They claim that they do not sell your data, but in the terms it mentions them selling your data to a 3rd party. Creepy 1984 BS but without actually working correctly so not only is it tracking your every move and sharing your data with god knows who, but it also is insanely frustrating.

Truly only want to give 2.5 stars but can't. I have to use the app for.... Edit the app has vastly improved & I have had fewer issues since I initially rated. I would now give it 3 stars. The biggest issue I currently have is the insane amount of storage space that it is eating up. Currently, it is 37.8 GB of my phone's storage. new edit- thank you Ryan for helping me clear up the storage issue. Just have to clear it out occasionally. so now solid 4 stars. Edited

There may have been a time this app was good, but in my experience its ability to auto-track is spotty, and ever since the latest updates it will crash, or cause my phone to run hot. Manually telling it to track trips sometimes works, and sometimes not, trying to edit start and end points that weren't properly tracked never works, and manual entry feels like it has a 50/50 chance of working properly.

There are several device specific settings you need to update to have the app function seamlessly in the background ( the app will get killed to protect your privacy otherwise) please contact support and we'll be more than happy to help

Is it possible to offer a negative value because that's what I would choose. What a garbage app this is. Doesn't matter what version I am on, issue after issue including how it says it's tracking movement and running in the background only to see at the end of the day that it tracked nothing! It consistently does this. Absolute trash. 10.20.2023 update. No change to this review. Have to manually activate and will stop tracking and sign me out. Try to sign in and won't get beyond the sign in. Edited
