Cool idea. However, it pops up a notification every couple of minutes just to let me know that notifications are turned on. This is extremely annoying and completely unnecessary. The only way to get it to stop is to disable notifications, defeating the entire purpose of the app. This is the only app I've ever seen behave this way. Please fix this bug so I can use the app for incident notifications only. Then it will get 5 stars.

I really like this app and the information it provides. However, the most recent update changed the notification sound to a weird ticking/sucking noise and I can't find any option to change it. I'd rather not have to turn notifications off completely as it defeats half the reason I have the app.

Super good app. So many places & the scanners are all free. Alerts & notifications sent to your phone for the places you're interested in. I just learned about the interactive part of the app where you can sign up if you're qualified for certain things, & I love it ❤️ My CPR certification expired but I plan on doing it again, then I'll sign up so I can help when needed. I love the map, the description of the event, who & how many are responding, active & past calls, plus you can listen 🥇🏆🚨#1

Very basic but useful app, if your local agencies use it. I wish it had some more advanced features and more granular control over notifications but for what it is it is a fantastic app and it is really useful knowing what's going on around you. it's fun to look up what's going on when you hear sirens and "be in the know". I also learned about it from parents who use it to keep track of what's going on around their child's school.

Excellent app. Up to the minute, customizable notifications by incident type and area. The only negative is you can't tailor the notifications to an area smaller than a county. For instance, if I only want notifications for Simi Valley I have to select all of Ventura County then manually scan through the ones that are close to home. Aside from that I love the app and it will be very useful when an emergency happens close to home and every minute counts.
