At the moment I'm seriously irate. After being debited a tidy sum on renewal, I have no access to the app. Trying to find an email for support? Impossible! And I'm being asked for another sign up subscription. Who do I get support from???

Hi Lucy,
After looking into your account I can see that the service you are subscribed to is not available to be used via the app which is why you are not able to access it. Please login to your account using the website to access the full content for your chosen service. I have also just replied to your email also explaining this :)

The app is just plain broken. A simple thing like registering/ logging in is a struggle. I've registered but when I try to log in, the app just doesnt do anything. Tried to reset the password, just no email sent to my address to do so. Love the idea and initiative but it just isn't working for me.

Amazing. The topics discussed in the monthly issues are incredibly relevant to clinical practice and are succinct and to the point. This will save anyone time that wants to know about current research but doesn't want to spend hours searching and reading. Worth the monthly subscription 👍

Edit: Great service by costumer support App is now working smoothly I registered and paid for a monthly memberships. App keeps asking me for login info every 2 minutes or so. Can't complete anything. I was excited but now rather disappointed. Edited

terrible app, keeps crashing, can't even log in 💀 the website isn't working either. that's frustrating when you need it the most.
