annoying. I don't know what you guys did but the scanner doesn't work anymore. I can't even get to it. I have to manually input the ticket number and that just slows my line down.

1. randomly shut down while scanning. 2. tested connection Etix Servers & Validation Services failed. called emergency support - no help. 3. link to support docs error notice. "This account's trial expired over a week ago. If you're the account owner, please log in."
