For the dentist area where you can pull rotten teeth, and clean plaque, only one option is open with a play button the other ones such as braces for example don't have a play button and you can't play them Edited

I love the game but in the Oriental Restaurant, I don't know how to eat or dish out the food from the bowls or steaming dishes, it only works when using the plate. Edited

It's the best great graphics fun to play kid friendly and helps u know not to be scared of the dentist and stuff I recommend it for kids.
