This is one of the worst apps ever to use to find a stylist for anything. I tried to find a make-up stylist, but I get a barber instead. I never get recommended for what I'm looking for. When I type in the location it always shows my home address. I guess that's a sign from God to stay at home and do it yourself. I really hate using this app. And, when you see there's a discount instead of paying the full price. You still get charged the full price instead of getting charged the price you see.

Booksy is a convenient and easy-to-use platform for booking appointments. The app is user-friendly, and the notifications/reminders are very helpful. The booking process was mostly smooth, though there was a bit of room for improvement. My biggest issue was with accuracy—some details didn’t match exactly as expected. Overall, it’s a solid service that I’d use again, but a few tweaks could make it even better!

For the app itself when people leave a review for someone's business. You have to date app there but I need you guys to put the time that it was posted as well and if they changed the. Review, like in the edit button that you guys do have. The time needs to go there too. And don't delete the other one, let it be. Add an additional review and if you don't want to do that. Cause that's too much. Put the times up for both reviews.That way, we can screenshot it, and fix problem w/ merchant!

Transparency is always key in business. I find it odd that Booksy's appointment notifications are spot-on in terms of emails to confirm bookings, appointment reminders and requests for service experience reviews. I have even received a healthy dose of informational and promotional content. However, what Booksy does not send is confirmation of an appointment cancelation. I would even settle for an in-app timestamp in conjunction with the red emboldened CANCELED. But no, absolutely nothing.

My first experience using this app to book was a disaster!!! The barber didn't show up after confirming the appointment. I wasted time and fuel only to be told that barber does not open on Sundays. Booksy won't let me leave reviews because it's a no show! That's the most ridiculous thing! Google still the best out there for finding reliable vendors!!
