PROs: It is very convenient to subscribe & manage from my mobile device. It is also nice to have the security of payment via my Google Play account. CONs: The Google Play subscription is on a monthly cycle. So, if you subscribe for 3 months beginning on January 1, your subscription renews April 1. However, the Rapidgator subscription is for literal days. Therefore, your 3-month Google Play subscription will not renew before your 90-day Rapidgator subscription expires. This is the only drawback I can find, but it's significant. I don't know how difficult it would be for Rapidgator to accommodate it's Google Play subscription customers, but I'm sure this is a common issue. If they could rectify this, I'd give it 5 stars. Customer Service: When I contact Rapidgator customer service via the support link on their site, a response is almost always within 24 hours. They have always been kind and understanding, even when the "issue" is related to my own lack of understanding.

Garbage. The website is totally worthless, so I thought that I would try the app. Well, just like every website that also has an app, the app stinks. This app is worse than worthless. The only way it could be worse is if it had ads, and if it had ads and worked, then it might be tollerable. But no. No ads, but no function either. Apps like this are why the 'poop' emoji was created. 💩 Edited

I payed for a 6 month subscription, but it still shows free. There is no way to confirm in the app. Yesterday I sent two emails with the invoice and all the relevant details. No response. Today I sent two more emails. No response. On their site it says the following: Once we get your email, we'll send a response email with login and password to our ticket system No emails whatsoever. I have been a loyal customer for years and I have never run into problems until now. The app has to be updated Edited

PROS: paying through Google Play was the only way I was able to pay. Their website has endless problems with payments. Able to pay with credit card. Instant access via web browser and laptop after payment via Google Play with no problems. You can cancel or pause your subscription to try and reduce the high cost. CONS: damn expensive. For me, 34% more expensive than the already expensive minimum subscription plan. Customer support is very poor--they only reply when they feel like it.

For those who have trouble getting refund from unwanted auto-renewal of subscription, I managed to contact Google who was helpful in processing the refund immediately. To contact Google, click on the Help and Feedback on the sidebar of Google Play app, click on the Phone button to get a callback from Google. They call me back almost immediately. The Google staff was polite and helpful. Thanks Google, No thanks Rapidgator who refused to refund me. There is absolutely no excuse that no email was sent beforehand of the impending auto-renewal and I only know of it through the SMS of the charges from NY bank. Edited
