I purchased the upgrade to Premium service 3 days ago and I'm still waiting for the upgrade, how long does it take? I requested a refund because there has been no communication, no response to that either. What's going on?

My subscription just renew itself even if I didn't turn on auto renew in the app and then there is this new "No Refund Policy". You should have advised me to unsubscribe before my subscription ends.
