Impossible to register, getting "an error has occurred, please try again" message after clicking on "activate account" in registration e-mail. Indicated support e-mail address for the app is also not valid. Edited

Crashes right away, can't open it. And the web version is - without exaggerating - the actual worst piece of software I have ever had the displeasure of having to use. Edit Feb 2025: It opens now, but is very - very - slow. Also, it rarely actually shows the active parking sessions, meaning that I'm paying extra if a visitor leaves early, because I can't stop the session. Edited

I was not able to retrieve my contract automatically via DigiD and even when entering my contract number I still am not able to log into my account and get a message that the contract number does not exist. Very poor execution and premature roll-out of the app I believe, especially when looking at the other comments too.

Als u de melding krijgt dat het contractnummer niet bestaat kunt u het beste telefonisch contact opnemen met 14010.

much too complicated for average users, full of bugs, eg has problems to register parking correctly and tends to block your accounts without any warnings. No assistance. Don't waste your time and just pay in cash or by phone.

Seems to work, looks better since the update. I had to create a new account with my email, afterwards I had to add the vergunning in the app via DigiD. The number plates I had saved were still in there (last used this a year ago). No complains so far. Edited
