Gladly. Map never loads and it is prime function of the app. Also, when I was searching what I was needed, It had trouble loading. And overall search UI is not functional enough. Settings also has problem loading. Generally it's loading problem with pages. I hope it helped. Edited

Update: Hi Alek, thank you for your answer. In the newest version of the app the map doesn't exist anymore. Can you try updating the app?

App is crashing and does not open. 26.12.2024 App is working now, but I'm not able to add my new pas. I have lost my pass and got a new one. But there is no option to update in my passport. Edited

This is the best way to see a city with tips for everything, museums, activities, food, etc. I have traveled to many cities and this is the best card to get to know a city and its surroundings

Will no longer load my passes, and search function stopped working properly a while back. Offers I know are available are not found via the app only website

I register and pay 360 euro 💶 then everything closed because of COVID-19 and the registration expired, the management refuses to renew it for free or even give discount. Bad service
