I would give it five stars if the word study option also gave the strong's concordance definitions... it's a great simple parallel study on the phone and it got even better when they added the offline version... 2/5/2023 edit; I've noticed that my 1995 NIV is a different wording than the wording called NIV in this app. It's not a big deal, as it says basically the same thing, but so does every translation. That would make this "NIV" more of a "new NIV", a different translation. A bit confusing. Edited

Strong's concordance definitions are displayed in the verse study for the Hebrew text. Also you can search word study using Strong's numbers. 2/6/2023 update; The app includes the latest editions of NIV (2011) and NASB (2020). It also includes the NASB 1995 and the Legacy Standard Bible (LSB) that is an update to the NASB 1995.

I absolutely love this app, especially the direct access to cross references. However I wish there was option to click and open just 1 translation full screen when needed. Sort of like the Sermon prep, but with all the cross references and links. It would also be nice when you open a cross reference, you could read the surrounding verses without the being greyed out. Otherwise, great job!

Here is how to open just 1 translation full screen: 1. Tap the three dots in the upper right corner. 2. Tap "Select versions". 3. Use the toggle buttons on the right to switch off the translations you want to hide, to reduce their number to one. Then you can make use of the “Choose a version set” option to quickly switch between your version sets.

Granted, it doesn't have all the bells & whistles that some of the other Bible apps come stacked with; however, you can at least take annotations. That being said, this is the only Bible app I've used for years now which I've actually found useful during in- depth studies. Comparing languages, editions, side by side-- alll nice & neat, with a built in BDB to top it off. It's especially fun on a tablet.

Great app for viewing multiple versions side by side with some simple study tools. I like I can select what versions and what order. Please support them if you use it so they can maintain it. Their website is also great. Check it out. One wish there is to be able to select a few verses and copy; it does a browser select which crosses the columns. The app selects correctly. Edited

Thank you for your kind encouragement. To select a few verses, 1. Tap a version column title. 2. Tap “Display chapter as text". 3. Select some verses and copy it. To copy the whole chapter, press “Copy the whole chapter"

It has the main feature I am looking for, which is having different versions of Bible and languages side by side. However, the format seems crude compared to other Bible apps (It feels like I am looking at an Excel document.). To give an example, one outdated app had split windows for each Bible that I could change sizes of. Also, the app crashes when I switch from the Catholic version to the Protestant version. I was unable to access the app until I deleted the app cache. Edited

Thank you for your response. Would you please describe the problem of switching from the Catholic version to the Protestant version in more detail? For example, which Bible versions were in your versions set when the problem occurred? Please contact us at
