This app is cute but not really what I was looking for. To everyone that is having trouble canceling the subscription, I guess there are two different ways to purchase the app and cancel. I tried to cancel through the website, and it said it couldn't find my account?? Weird, but if it does that to you, go to the play store click on your picture in the top right corner. Go to payments and subscriptions, then subscriptions, and it should let you cancel from there. I hope this helps!!

The app was anazing until I got a new phone as it wouldn't allow me to log in on my new phone for some reason, and I was charged. I tried canceling, but it has been a nightmare. You simply can't just call customer care to resolve your issues. Keep this in mind before paying for this. Also, the games are detective, I thought it would open up levels as she advanced, but it didn't. It became repetitive. Maybe you need to pay to get new games, idk. other than that, it was great.

It's a nice app, but it's no where near as useful for speech practice as it used to be. My daughter used it a couple years ago and it was a great set up for introducing a word and letting them practice saying it several times. Now the app is mainly very simple vocabulary and games. It does not fill the need of my child who needs the repetitive practice speaking. It also is not age appropriate for older kids. It's perfect for preschoolers, but my six year old is not a preschooler.

I got the free trial. I canceled the free trial because it was supposed to be $29.99 to renew it. The app offered me a deal for $14.99 a year to renew for a year instead of the $29.99 a year, so I took the $14.99 a year deal, but then days later,I was charged with my credit card for the full price of $29.99. I sent them an email so far my review stands. I am angry and I have been deceived completely from them! My stars will not change until they resolve my issue completely!

We're on day 2, so far so good. Edited from a 5 star to a 2 for the deception and poor orchestration of this app. Initially my child had a lot of interest in the program, but that quickly turned to boredom with no new speech tools added in the full year we had the subscription. At renewal, there was no notice and it went straight for the yearly subscription, at $89.99. I sent complaint to stop charging me and received a confirmation they would stop. Then today an email for an attempt to charge. Edited
