Every once in a while, I can always count on the CR app to fail to allow me to log in. No real reason; I can sign in on any web browser, but the app gives me an "Oops!" message and tells me that either my username or password are incorrect, which of course they aren't. I uninstall and reinstall the app, but nothing works... and then a few days later, it just starts working again. Not impressive.

The team has confirmed that the issue should now be resolved. Could you please try logging in again? If it still doesn’t work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, then attempt to log in once more. If you continue to experience issues, email us at

I installed the app thinking the search capability would be better than the browser. I was wrong. There are so few filters on appliances such as refrigerators to make it almost useless. For instance, on the browser, I could filter for counter depth. In the app I could not (the browser filters though cut off at too low a max price with no way to change it). I'm pretty disappointed. If I can't figure it a way to get what I need not easily, I will cancel my membership and demand a refund.

Really disappointing app. The searches are different online versus if in the app. A simple search for the words, " Car lease" on the app come back with "No results found." Whereas, searching on the internet yields an option for articles, the second of which titled, "Leasing vs. Buying a New Car." It's also slow and the limited filters leave a lot to be desired. Overall, for a company known for reviewing things, I would expect their own app to be much better.

Typical apps use a drop-down menu from the upper-left corner for basic navigation. The CR app used to be that way. But now it oddly places the most basic navigate function (categories) as a tiny, nondescript icon as the bottom on the main page. The back button performs differently from any other app I use. Basically, the recent UI changes have created an interface to one that's very nonstandard and unintuitive. Edited

Lots of issues, I don't think CR has high priority on the app (which is fine i guess, website functions well) or they would've fixed these things. Saved products on app does not link to your browser-version of your account. Back navigation in subcategories sends you all the way back in many occasions. Filters arent comprehensive like browser. A lot of things like articles or non-physical product categories (like car insurance) dont show up on app but do on browser. Usable but def neglected.
