The glasses aren't bad. It's the app. The app is bad. Virtual try on doesn't work most of the time. It's just a glitchy mess. Now, on the glasses, they're good. I have a pair that I got nearly two years ago. They are honestly still pretty good two years later. Minimal damage, still holding up for such a cheap pair of glasses. In conclusion, app bad, the actual glasses good 👍

When I use the virtual try on feature, there is a green line on one of the sides of the screen, and the glasses don't sit on my face properly, so I can't see how they look. I reached out to support regarding this issue several months ago, deleted the app, and reinstalled it months later, and it's still happening. I can't believe this issue still isn't fixed. I'm not gonna order glasses if I can't see how they look on my face.

This app is very glitchy. I just updated it, and I can't tell a difference. It keeps crashing and restarting before I can even access my account/order information. I have to log in every time I open the app because it won't keep me signed in. When the app works, it is user friendly. The website is much easier to use.

Love all the different and stylish frames! The prices can't be beat, either! I've used them for quite a few pairs now, and I've been happy with all of them. The virtual "try on" feature is great when it works but uses up a lot of phone battery. When it doesn't work, it'll show just the mirror image of you and not the glasses, or the app will crash and close itself out. However, all the other aspects of Zenni are awesome. It's fairly easy to enter in your prescription, as well.

I've used Zenni many times and honestly love the quality of frames for the price. The ONLY reason I don't give five stars is because of their updated "Try On" feature. Previously it would scan your face from different angles and show you how the frames will look on you via a photo; however, the update now shows the frames in real time. The issue there is that if I could see my screen without my glasses on I wouldn't need glasses, so I can't properly use the Try On feature without an overlay.
