Great idea, but doesn't work. There is no "remember me" function so if you fail to fill in all fields and try to go back to correct missing or misspelled items, you have to start over with your name, address, phone number and email address. Very cumbersome. At that, even if you fill in all information you have, if an * asterisked field is not completed you cannot submit. The app should allow - but does not - cross streets and not require a street address for every problem. Even with the geo sync function, sometimes cross streets or locations (like a specific park) provide more accurate locations.

This app for me is a FAIL. I had already called in the graffiti removal request but wanted to send images and GPS location. Cannot add photo from gallery ("Img source not found") or camera (photo not saved). I am using phone Samsung Galaxy 20.

It would be nice if it actually submitted the filled form...I have a Google Pixel and it does not submit. Spend all your time filling out the form and it doesn't actually work. Edited

App is broken. Filled entire form out, hit submit and it sits there trying to submit report for over 15 minutes to no avail.
