Way less laggy than when I originally tried it, it's actually usable now! Autocorrect can be really spotty still (like sometimes it just gives up and lets me type gibberish?), hopefully it'll get better as I blacklist words. LOTS of features worth checking out, like copy/paste on long press for c/v (plus others), I love it! Being able to shrink and move the whole thing to compensate for having tiny bezels is great, customizing actions. Excited to see this keyboard grow!

Using speech-to-text to write this review, the speech-to-text is great and is out of punctuation. The privacy features are fantastic and the auto-correct and predictive text are hit or miss. Sometime they work well, sometimes they randomly stop working. No gif feature built in the keyboard, but I can live without it. Edited

Edited review: This portion of my review is written via uncorrected spite. As UK can see, the swipe feature is not the best. Any repeated letters, unusual spelling rules, of close letters are often issues. This portion of my review is written via voice-detext. I have noticed that any time your Voice is not completely crisp. It does not understand all words. Sometimes it does not capture all of your words either. Occasionally it relies on phonics for common longer words. Punctuation is a mess. Edited

It's pretty good (and improving all the time). Auto-correct makes some "odd" choices still, so I'm slowed down by having to do a lot of careful rereading. It's also frequently auto correcting words to ALL CAPS, which is profoundly annoying. But in general, I'm happier with it than anything else now, and I'm sure it'll keep improving. Edited

I switched over after being a vanilla GBoard user for years. Overall, I'm satisfied. Performance has significantly improved over the last few months. My one gripe is that the autocorrect is more aggressive than I'd like, but I imagine that just takes some fine tuning. I'm happy to support an app that gives an option to push back against the data scraping of everything.
