I love these daily devotions. They help to remind me of my utter powerlessness over food and of my need to be totally dependent on a loving, caring and compassionate God who will keep me abstinent as long as I wholly surrender and have faith in Him. I need to daily renew my focus and commitment and awareness of both my weakness and his strength, ...if I will but turn to him Moment by moment, especially when tempted.

It reminds me of where I came from and how to live today so that I never need return to the hell I once came from.. I am down 70lbs with still more to go and one day at a time I see a brighter future.. thank you for my daily encouragement and reminders!! Hope is alive!!
