I’ve been using Fidibo for years and generally enjoy the app, but there’s a major issue: there is no option to change the registered phone number or email in the profile settings. This is a basic feature that most apps provide, yet Fidibo lacks it. Additionally, customer support is only available online with no phone number to contact, making it difficult to resolve account-related issues. I hope the developers take this feedback seriously and add this feature soon. Edited

I don't what's with the newest update but there is a bug in downloading the books I own through buying or with the plan. btw thanks for fixing the Nazanin font (It's been fixed for me!) Edited

this is great. but it has less books and options compared with the competitor app. and it has been 2 days that the app won't open

This app doesn't show the books that I've downloaded before. Moreover, it hasn't any support or number to contact. 👎👎👎 Surprisingly, when I want to contact with its support, it says: Internal server error. It doesn't worth to use at all. I prefer and relish reading real paper books instead. Edited

Although the application covers a wide range of books in various fields, it has several fundamental flaws. After the update that Fidibo implemented, text marking within books frequently encounters errors. The intended sentences are not fully highlighted. Additionally, some books that you previously opened and annotated with notes experience errors upon subsequent access, ultimately failing to fully load, preventing you from accessing your annotations. These issues effectively render optimal use. Edited
