I remember getting the monthly booklet of Our Daily Bread from my church. The app is inspirational just like the book and offers much more. I really like the evening meditations too. The only issue with the app is I am automatically signed out and when I sign back in I have lost my current streak. I wish their was a way to keep accurate count of my daily readings.

Like the recent changes identifying scripture source and clearly separating it from the daily devotional writing. Find the daily questions at end annoying and mostly superficial. It is particularly frustrating to be unable to navigate back and re-play a past reading or find one I may have missed. Thanks for fixing the software glitch you had with Alexia; however 😭 it seems to have returned!! The response for past week is "trouble communicating with the server"! 😭 Thanks for helping me

June 15, 2025: Still having the same issue with losing daily streaks. 6/17/24: I would love to give it four or five stars, however, the last update made it look and feel a bit cluttered. Also, the issue of losing your streak still hasn't been fixed. What I mean is, I can be on a good streak and suddenly it just restarts as though I missed a day. Overall, it is a great tool to add to daily devotionals or to share God's Word with others. Edited

What happened? Since the last update I'm unable to login with my sign in credentials. I tried signing in with my username and password, but now it's asking for my email address and when I did that it would not send me the change your password info to that email address. I love keeping track of my reading streaks but now I'm unable to do so. This is not the first time this happens. I always give this app a four star rating. Please help.

This version of OurDaily Bread has so much to offer over the booklet version I used to read. However, the streak counter continuously resets. At first, it was because the app logged me out. Today I didn't get the opportunity to sit with my phone until late and after reading and listening to the devotional it reset back to 1 again. As I see it I'm penalized for not doing it first thing in the morning? Big downer for those who look forward to positive reinforcement of a good habit
