if you want to get 2 tickets... when the available seat pop-up randomly then you have to click that seat super fast to reserve and wait for the seat next to you available (80%depends on your luck). It is NOT user friendly. Edited

Many ppl complain it not friendly for non Thai user, I am Thai and it is not freindly user for Thai ppl either! Not just the failure app. The way its management to problem is suck too, good by to The concert Edited

The system is not friendly to non-thai foreigner at all, first the payment interface is partially English and it mentioned that the credit/debit payment to be made in 5 mins but I only spent like 5 seconds to fill in details and still, I've been kicked out for more than 20 times. The card shall at least be locked for few minutes, so unreasonable.

This is the most difficult reservation platform I ever experienced all my life. They allow people to simply sit on up to 4 seats for minutes, blocking others who is ready to proceed checkout. Unlike other app that we can still select open seats concurrently until someone pays for them. I had to give up eventually.
