update: I decided to give it a try again. honestly, for how much you pay monthly this subscription seems worthless. it's impossible to cancel your subscription. it said my subscription ended on the 30th of April but they charged my card again. I signed up for a monthly subscription 2 different times now. After a couple days I'll go into the app and it'll say my subscription is expired or that I need to login/resubscribe. It hasn't even been a week and I've had to subscribe twice already. Edited

Used this app with my first 2 kids and it was such an amazing help. I'm expecting my 3rd baby soon and knew I wanted to use it again. I'm disappointed to find out it's a paid subscription now. I understand needing to make money to support what you created, but simply adding an ad or two, or giving an option to have a free version of the app would have been better than cutting off complete access behind a paywall.

EDIT: I'm leaving up the original review in case anyone else is having the same issue after the update. Contacted customer service and had to download the app from a new link, and it synced to my previously paid for account. Customer service was quick and everything is working smoothly again. :) Original comment: I paid earlier this year $6.44 for the app and now you're telling me to purchase a subscription? This is super frustrating and disappointing. Edited

I just downloaded this app a week ago. I paid the entire amount to be able to access all the leaps, only for the app to now have a bug and no longer work. It crashes every time I try to open it. Such a disappointment. EDIT: As of 12/26/24, I was able to update my app and everything is working as it should. This app is great for keeping track of leaps and the associated fussy windows. Edited

I like the info but IMO there is no reason this should be a subscription model and DEFINITELY not one as expensive as this when we're just interacting with information published in a $10 book. I paid for 3 months one time but decided to cancel and not financially support such a greedy model. I would absolutely have paid a one time cost and now rather than also buying the book I think I will forego the information entirely. If there's a reason for subscription it needs to be transparent.
