Really sad that there's so many bugs. I actually loved the features of this app but the kids were always complaining about it not working right and I'd have to go and try to figure out what was wrong with it. I also HATED that I had to download the web version on all there phones. Also it was a huge pain contacting support when there was a problem, especially since I couldn't do that from within an app. I hope these issues get fixed because I hate leaving the app but tired of daily having issues

Hi Kristin thank you for you feedback. As you know there is a lot of brands and OS versions and sometimes in some devices we need to check the issues on same devices as users and try to understand it and fix. We would like to know the exact device name and OS on each child device and also the exact issue you faced and be sure we will fix urgently.

This Kido Protect app is very practical, rich in functions, and supports multiple devices such as mobile phones and computers, and has strong adaptability. I have a little suggestion that the functions can be simplified.

The Idea design behind the app is great, the execution is horrible. After a week stopped loading all together. Tried reinstalling it and no go. it's just spinning it's wheel and nothing. Sadly has to go. would not recommend until all the bugs are gone.

I'm sure it has nice features and all, but you can't even set it up to work with Family Link. Really disappointing. The "fix" is blocked by Family Link so you can't adjust the settings you need to. Choose one or the other. Not one I would recommend....

This app is a scam, as far as I can tell. I tried to dig up anything on the app and found lits of red flags. Their tech support is even more scam feeling with both the live chat and phone call trch support. When attempted to get a password reset, never get an email. Can not get a confirmation email on anything about the app. Edited

The issues you shared about email are common and you can find the email on spam folder or sometimes it delay a little.. secondly our app does not need to confirm email...
