UPDATE: The company gave me a full refund and the customer service was very good. While the app worked very well, when it came to cancelling my free trail there wasn't an option and so I've now been charged £47.99 for a year. Now I've been charged, there is a cancel option but I'd have to pay for a full year. They seem a decent company and hopefully will refund. I'll keep you informed. Edited

the absolute worst app experience I've ever had. plastered with ads, constantly interjecting with requests if I want to use pro... to the extent it breaks any train of thought. impossible to get a feel for the real app. ZERO INTUITIVENESS.. I have no idea how the current rating was achieved, making me question Google's policies. this app SUCKS.

I was so disappointed and regret download this app because first time to try this and I scanned my documents and avail the free trial and I don't even select to 1 year subscription after the end of my free trial and without knowing they are just automatically deduct a money from my other funds.that only gcash account I logged in,in that b***s**t app. And why is that so expensive,oh my gdness,2900 pesos a very big amount for me.Can you just deduct only for 1 month? pls return my money

It is worst app pdf scanner app as it bomb you with long ads and still ask you to sign up for free trial and without getting free trial you will not be able to save even a single pdf.
