I've downloaded the default Eon Player for my Samsung Galaxy S20, and went to Pro almost immediately upon finding out about all the functions it has. While I am fully satisfied with the functionality, there's one thing (for me) left to be desired: the ability to let the user edit tags. Perhaps this issue will be resolved by the next update. Otherwise, I salute you guys at Eon!

Best music player in the Playstore. And yes, I've checked out quite the LOT! I enjoy how often the updates come in. And every single update brings something meaningful, something new, something exciting to look forward to. It only gets better! These folks understand what a music player should look and feel like and for a manic music lover like myself, I am all too satisfied! Happy to see the floating Shuffle and Play All buttons again. The new search function looks and works amazingly! I'd give 10 stars if possible. Hoping soon we can get to see a revised solution for album and artist artwork.

Hi, no copyright issue but there was way too much negative feedback about the previous icon looking too old school. Current one is placeholder until we can create a better one or simply switch to original 'E' shape icon.

Beautiful music player with just the right features. I wanted a music app that looked beautiful, did not introduce a pause between tracks and has an equaliser, as well as the ability to show albums as the default view. This app has all that. It's great. I was happy to purchase it outright to unlock all the great features. One problem: album art not showing up from SD card, but devs are working on it 👍 Edited

Art works are still not loading unless I download them manually 🙄... The embedded ones show up on the Now Playing screen, and the thumbnails, but they don't show up on the Albums screen... It's ridiculous 🙄🙄🙄🙄. Also, the + button (that lets me shuffle all or play all) has a mind of its own, it appears and disappears at will, and the shuffle algorithm is poor. I, and most people, and every other music player app, like to shuffle songs with the currently playing song at the top of the queue.

Wonderful minimalistic user experience and happy to say most bugs have been fixed ever since purchasing it. My only gripe with it is that the artwork search tool never seems to work for me, and consequently the automatic artwork downloader isn't doing its job. The downloader displays "Failed to find artwork for X, try different search parameters" no matter what I type in. Curious if I'm the only one experiencing this. Would've rated it higher but the bug is a definite deal breaker for me.
