Over the last few weeks, the Android app has been extremely unresponsive and unreliable. Home Assistant integration and iPhone app work fine. This thing is broken.

only negative is the limitations on the auto-unlock feature. Only works on one phone. If you leave with just your watch, it won't work as the lock thinks you're home and is disabled.

Widget stopped working, can't open nor close door. App does not inform about low battery level. Worst behavioir with each update. For the third time battery drained, lock won't unlock and there were no alerts nor notifocations regarding low battery. UPDATE: now I see message saying I should turn off battery saver, but it is off. I enabled all for this app and still get this message. UPDATE2: AGAIN battery level in app "medium" but lock jammed and does not work until battery replaced Edited

It always makes you wait at least 5 min in front of the door because you are "out of range". Absolute waste of time

This app is too annoying to use. I have 3 locks and they work with Wifi and or Bluetooth. I dont need to have bluetooth active so why am I always asked to turn it on? Why do I have to say No No No for each lock. Why do I need to turn location accuracy on? I just want to open the door, instead I am under the rain each time clicking 6 times to some notifications to be able to open the door. I just use the physical key now.

Thank you for your feedback. From version 1.208, the app requests Bluetooth only once, and only if needed for Auto-Unlock or when offline. Location accuracy is also required only for Auto-Unlock. If you don't use Auto-Unlock, disable it to stop these prompts. For help, contact
