I was charged double what was advertised, they broke my drain cover and didn't replace it. They never even finished the job, I had to call a plumber from another company to get the job done. Roto rooter is price gouging every single one of their customers and they lied to me about the location of the main water line. I highly recommend that you don't use their service and shop at a local mom and pop shop instead.

Worst. On Samsung S21 Android, the app will NOT minimize and TAKES OVER so the only option was to restart. Also, setting up it requires an inbound text code, but since we couldn't minimize to see the text, we couldn't set it up! #UNINSTALLED.SAME.DAY!

We have used the service at work. Good service to use if needed. Pricey, but when you have a clogged drain and you can't open it yourself, gotta call someone.

Beware! During the scheduling process they don't tell you that they have a minimum fee for every service visit. In my case this meant $517 just to re-tape a water heater vent pipe!
