Great when it works. Two issues: Frequent "not responding" crashes as described by others. When connecting to Bluetooth and playing audio using another app (such as podcasts), device switches to being in a call with my own phone number. Force closing Zoom for BlackBerry fixes it every time. Seems to have begun with this latest update.

I rarely write negative reviews, but this app is a complete disaster. The user interface is clunky and outdated, making even simple tasks frustrating. Constant crashes, slow loading times, and endless bugs make it practically unusable. The worst part? The developers don’t seem to care. Frequent complaints from users go ignored, and updates do nothing to fix major issues. It feels like they launched an unfinished product and abandoned it. Avoid this app unless you enjoy wasting your time.

Keeps crashing: everytime I open the app, it I see for a second or two my messages, but then the app crashes. App successfully opens around 1 in 20 attempts.. To me it seems that maybe due to a slow connection/downloading messages, it takes too long and Android thinks it's hung and kills it. Dev needs to fix this issue.

Zoom is not responding. Zoom is not responding. Zoom is not responding. Edit: Seriously. I get this error even more often now than I did 7 months ago. This app is terrible and I have no idea how it has a 4.4 review average. I've used different phones and OS versions and experience the same behavior. Edited

The other reviews sum it up well. Very buggy, especially with the phone calling itself on Bluetooth. When it works, it works fine. But it's rare when that happens.
