the app is the worst SIM app ever, with a lack of information about the tariffs, they don't care about the user experience and user interface, really awkward to use the app, i would give 0 stars if it was possible, I'm switching to Beeline and recommend you to do so! Edited

I m frustrated with the ucell entirely. too much rubbish restrictions will not be using it for more than just few days or even disable it slot registration imei are to be shared just to buy a sim card. still I respect the rules and bought it. I experienced worst of all the things needed and paid for. Internet is unstable and can't make calls and send ams or updates of u cell service are not in any way easier for me as I have to stay for short time. its not okay with me

Be careful with topping up money into your account, Ucell does a lot of scam. I wanted to freeze my number for a year and they didn't provide this service, they waited for a day, took money for a month subscription and then wrote: there is insufficient money. Then I tried to withdraw the remain to another user, they didn't allow me to do this. Don't top up in advance, you will lose your money. They do answer withing 15-30 working days, forget about customer support .... Edited

Pls explain what on earth the app uses gigabytes of data on Wi-Fi? Installed on 3 Aug, till now (18 Aug) used 50 GB of Wi-Fi traffic, of which 33 GB (!) on background. Similar case in the other Android device it was installed to: though only 3 GB in background (as the app was opened/used once). On mobile data, most traffic is also on background. Does the app somehow steal the info from the device? Already restricted background usage. (Couldn't attach screenshots of data usage stats.)
